[wp-testers] Plugin said reactivated after automatic upgrade but it was listed as Inactive

Plugin said reactivated after automatic upgrade but it was listed as
Inactive

Fresh install of 2.5 RC2 (at 7541) on a Xampp box running under XP SP2,
installed an old version 1.5-alpha of WP-Contact Form and activated the
plugin.

Then clicked the upgrade automatically link for that plugin and it installed
the plugin with the sequence [1] below.  Checking the Plugin page showed
that plugin as Inactive even though is said Plugin reactivated successfully.
