[wp-testers] Change order of options in Write

I miss that too, I had my tag generator at the very top, now it's right at
the bottom and I can't move it.  It's a real pain scrolling up and down.

In WP 2.3 you could drag and drop the options and change the order. This
doesn't look possible in 2.5. Was this planned?
