[wp-testers] Is the Full Beta Out?

Hey,

Sorry for the dumb question, I was wondering if there is a full beta now
been released that I can start running? It's only days until the full
release, so I thought maybe it'd be out and ready?

I'm not sure. I read somewhere that someone was running it, but couldn't see
it on the site K
