[wp-polyglots] WordPress sub-sites restrictions

WordPress sub-sites lang.wordpress.org, are too restrictive, we can't post even video to the post for example WP 3.0 tour video.
Can you add there less restrictions for content and format properly bbTags, like code, b-quote etc, just like wordpres.org main site?
