[wp-polyglots] Finnish Support forum creation request

[Daniel Koskinen]

The wp-org theme and support forum plugin were deployed, but bbPress
is still in English. The file is correctly uploaded to
http://svn.automattic.com/bbpress-i18n/fi/branches/0.9/

How do we change the top menu to match what we have on http://fi.wordpress.org ?
