[wp-polyglots] setup-config.php not fully translated in pt_BR, causing config problems

Just in case other translation teams may have made the same mistake, and to
notify the pt_BR team:

See http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/11812. The default DB, user and
password values in wp-config-sample.php were translated, but the values were
left untranslated in wp-admin/setup-config.php. The unmatched values
prevented setup-config.php from functioning properly.
