[wp-polyglots] Creating WordPress Subdomain for language

Hello !!

I just have one question. I saw a lot of countries have it's own subdomain  
on wordpress like: http://si.wordpress.org/

How can i create it for our language - slovenian ? Translate site and  
create it on sl.wordpress.org?
