[wp-polyglots] eo->eo_EO

OK, I haven't been keeping up with what's happening lately. I finally
finished translating 2.8, and it wouldn't install on my test site. For days,
I've tried to figure it out. Finally changed the name of eo.mo to eo_EO.mo
and that solved it!
BUT - the automatic packer at eo.wordpress.org refuses to pack, using that
name change. It complains: "The po-file /tmp/rosetta0cxFR0/eo/messages/eo.po
doesn't exist!" Do I need to request a name change from eo to eo_EO ?
