[wp-polyglots] WordPress 2.7 finished.

I've just finished the 2.7 WordPress translation. I will start
translating the default theme too and hopefully we'll have it finished
in a few days.
I have tested and retested the translation and hopefully i didnt
slipped anything.

What are we supposed to do for http://ro.wordpress.org ?
