Hi,
Mihai, may I ask you to have a look on this thread discussed about
WordPress Romanian Localisation?

Hope you'll fix everything that needs fixing, and submit your final
version of transaltion.
Otherwise I'm afraid WordPress will get a fsck'ed transaltion as it
was so far, or even worse it won't get anything.
