[wp-polyglots] Not-gettexted strings available for translation

This is most excellent news, Nikolay! Congrats to you and Lionel!

Is there going to be a POT for 2.6-beta1 (and subsequent beta and RC
releases), as there were for 2.5, so that we can try this for
ourselves?
