[wp-polyglots] WordPress 2.3.2

Wa alikom assalam Huda ,
actually Sewar is not replying to my emails which i send to him at all :(
I prepared the Arabic version of wordpress 2.3.2 and i also published it in
some Arabic forums..
I hope i can get access to the localization repository soon so i can publish
it officially and continue supporting the Arabic website.
