[wp-polyglots] "All" needs a feminine form

The string "All <span class=\"count\">(%s)</span>" needs a feminine form 
in pt_PT. Posts/Comments/Media/Users are masculine, Pages are feminine. 
I don't know the combinations for other languages.

Also, and maybe it's me, but I fail to see the need for a singular and 
plural form of "All" in this context.
