[wp-polyglots] 2.7 Coordinated Launch?

Totally doable for the fr_FR team.
We plan on going live as soon as it's released anyway - or at least,
as soon as we're awake :)

But you can't expect users to see the Golden Bump on Trac and not cry
foul when the en_US version is not immediately available online :)
So it's a tough call for the core-devs, I think.
