[wp-polyglots] Month name variations in Polish and locale site request

Hello Wacław :)
It's already done in polish translations available to download.
Check my (http://blog.torli.pl/tlumaczenie-wordpress/) or zwolin's
translation. There is support for correct polish language "issues". You can
check this simply in POEdit settings. Also in the trunk file there are
phrases such as XXXX|adverb or XXX|noun or XXX|Abbr (abbreviation).
