Or

a) Get the po file of your language below and update it:
http://svn.automattic.com/wpcom-i18n/

b) If you can't find your language there, get the pot file for
wordpress.com below, translate it and make your po file:
http://svn.automattic.com/wpcom-i18n/wpcom.pot

Then send the po file to Nikolay. (Nikolay, you are in charge of this
now, right?)
