[wp-polyglots] Ukrainian Translation (uk)

Hello, wp-polyglots!

So, we've done rosetta `uk`-translation. Where should we put it (on
svn?), and what next?

Should we make our own site wordpress.org-like? If yes, is it possible
to get wordpress.org template or theme?
