[wp-polyglots] Default Theme (again)

OK then. Now I'm working on it. Since the default theme gettext
project is abandoned, may I submit it to the repository once it's
finish?

I would also be a volunteer, if needed, to monitor the changes of the
original default theme and update the gettext version.
