I suppose it's something wrong with you, maybe you used not a 2.0.2 po
and updated it using the 2.0.3 pot, I just did and I got 12 new
strings and 10 old ones.

The trunk pot is not the 2.0.3 POT in the trunk we actually found the
future 2.1 version, maybe it's this.
