[wp-polyglots] Ukrainian localization?

Hi.
I have done a bit of translation and there some other users (at least
three I think) on launchpad.net. But there is still a lot to do, so
everyone's welcome :)
I have done some work earlier on my pc but it has gone with my hard
disk (r.i.p.)
