[wp-polyglots] dutch translation team

Hi,

For quite a while I've been maintaining the only (sort of) official
Dutch translation for WordPress. To make it even more official I'd
appreciate it if I could get svn access. There are several people who
have contributed over the last months, and at least one other who is
interested in maintaining the Dutch translation.
