[wp-polyglots] TinyMCE and POT

I have just noticed that the strings from wp-mce-help.php (under 
wp-includes/js/tinymce) are not included in wordpress.pot, though they 
are tagged for gettext. Also, I don't know what would be the correct 
method for the editor's localization: should we create each (lang).js, 
modify editor's settings accordingly and place everything under 
/trunk/dist/ in svn?
