[wp-polyglots] Codex Still Locked

I've made a note of the new language file links to add to the WordPress 
Codex when it unlocks from its recent move. We continue to hope that it 
will be very soon.

The location to add information about the various language files, 
support forums, and sites is at 
http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_in_Your_Language either under the 
current language section or add a new one in alphabetical order. 

We'll let you know as soon as the Codex is open.
