[wp-polyglots] Belarusian localozation available

Hi,

I've made Belarusian translation of .po + .mo and of default theme. 
Belarusian language has 2 Cyrillic variants of orthography 
— "reformed" (so called "Narkamauka") and "classic" ("Taraszkevica") 
and a Latin one ("Lacinka").

I've made 2 Cyrillic versions: be_BY at nk , be_BY at tr

If there's anyone from Belarus on this mail-list, I encourage them to to 
join and edit "Taraszkevica" version, as it's still "Beta".
