[wp-polyglots] Another gettext missing

[ I'm mostly letting this mailing list know in case someone wants to correct these errors in their translated WordPress. ]

The file wp-admin/upload.php has, in line 216, the string:
  Name:
which, of course needs to be changed to:
  <?php _e('Name:') ?>
The corresponding entries are already in both wordpress.pot (in line 1201) and your particular .po file, so there is nothing else to do.
