[wp-polyglots] Portuguese (Portugal) translation

Hi!

I would like to make WordPress available in Portuguese (Portugal) as I
find it to be such a great program.

I searched the archives and found only an outdated Portuguese (Portugal)
translation so I guess no one is currently maintaining an updated
version.

If the event that there is someone already working on the translation of
the most recent version of WordPress to Portuguese (Portugal), please be
so kind to reply to this message.
