[wp-hackers] Thoughts on Softpedia and PHPKode Directories?

Had the same but through a google alert - found my plugin, a few days after adding to the repo, also on their servers.

As long as they are crediting the right people, leave all files intact and not charging I see no problem with it.
That said, I didn't dig too deeply.
