[wp-hackers] WordPress install homepage redirecting to /wp-admin/install.php

[Aero Maxx]

I have done there fine, I cant see anything majorly wrong with them.

I have even deleted the whole database and all the files in the root, 
and copied all files from the zip to the root done the wpconfig again, 
and basically started again from scratch with a fresh install and it 
still does it.
