[wp-hackers] 404 Page on Custom Post Types and Custom Taxonomies

I tested your snippet on trunk and couldn't reproduce your problem, though
I also haven't created taxonomy-*.php files for each of the taxonomies. I
un-commented the rewrite rules for coupon-category, deal-type and merchant
with no problem. The archives display as expected with permalinks turned
on. All I did to flush the rules was visit Settings > Permalinks and saved
the changes.

Perhaps it's something in your archives.
