Well one good example to help you with this is the PHP license. ( Its not
compatible with GPL and still works for them!! )
Its one thing to support a side and another to refuse to see a better
option. I'll say this one last time before I give up.
With dual license "OPEN SOURCE CONTRIBUTORS AND USERS/ DEVELOPERS STILL HAVE
FREE ACCESS AND COMPLETE AUTONOMY!!!!!!!!!" having said that, the exact
clauses can be discussed, debated and chalked out.

And for a reply to what seems to me like a pointless flame war.
"Please get all source codes ( php ) you can from all the developers selling
plugins to people who DO NOT understand  GPL terms and push them to the
plugin repository with some css n images of your own"

The above is a slow and continuous fix to the problem and I honestly don't
think any slow and continuous fix can be implemented properly.
I would be more than glad if such a group turns up and gets down to keep the
spirit of open source alive.
