[wp-hackers] wp_list_comments 'walker' parameter as string

wp_list_comments function allows you to pass in a custom walker, but it must
be an object when passed. This makes it incompatible with passing the Walker
in string notation and all the arguments must be passed via array or object
instead.

Does anyone object to modifying the function so if a string is passed in w/
instantiate the new class in the function?
