I have a few ideas in mind for this but I'd love to hear what you all think.

I want to create a form that is visible on every post.  The form when
filled out will send to the author of the posts email address and the
address in general -> settings.

I'm in the process of creating this now.  My question is when is the
best/most secure time to locate the authors email address?
