For WordPress sites that are very high traffic, do you have any specific
techniques for database and memory profiling?

We would like to take a systematic approach to evaluating the memory usage
of specific pages and, more importantly, specific plugins.

My first thought is to just use a process of elimination and look at the
server stats.

I am sure we are use different techniques for this.
