[wp-hackers] Plugin version display on wordpress.org?

The version number is read from the main plugin file's header
information (the comment block in the top of your solomail.php).

Using tags + readme can get confusing.

Readme in trunk is parsed, which then points to a specific tagged
version. Then the header from that tagged version is used to indicate
current version number.
