[wp-hackers] Bundled Plug-ins

There actually *is* a UI interface to remove plugins ... but it only works for
*deactivated* plugins (if they're active, you have to deactivate them first
before you can remove them).
 
But "Delete Plugin" will remove the files and folders from the `/plugins/`
directory without the need to use FTP.
