[wp-hackers] Rename wp-admin problems

@ Otto: Thats a fairly unusuaul situation.  I image the majority of users
have wp alone in its own folder.  and for using wp in a commercial venture
brading is everything and having wp- splattered all over urls, detracts from
the company's branding.  At the least you should be able to change these by
changing path variables in wp-config.php.

But thats not the point,

@Guy: I'll admit i'm not sure what that even is, I'm guessing its shell
scripting.  If thats the case its easy then, cuz i'm on a simple shared
hosting no shell access.
