[wp-hackers] My WPMU site got hacked!!!

There is or was no index.html for me to delete and I unfortunately hadn't
upgraded to 3.0. I was thinking about a restore and sent that email without
thinking in my frustrated state. I'm in phpMyadmin and have exported a copy
of the database to my pc. What I'm trying to figure out in the restore
process is whether I need to re-install the site with the multisites as I
had them. Meaning I had the following sites:
Main site
store.mainsite
photos.mainsite
community.mainsite - buddypress
