Unfortunately, if you need to ask that, it's too late to get a backup from
before you were hacked.  Mosts host only make "emergency" backups, in other
words, it can only be used when they've screwed something up.

A plugin like Backup Buddy might be your best bet for making running backups
from now on.

For now, you can take the minimalist approach to restoring the site and
delete index.html, and then if you are running 3.0 go to the upgrade tab and
select reinstall. If you are not on 3.0 yet, simply upgrading to 3.0 should
do the same work.
