If that really were a valid reason then there'd be a load of take down 
notices for the numerous domains that include the series of letters 
"wordpress"

And, since "WordPress" is trademarked as a "standard character mark" 
(#78826734 at uspto.gov) then that essentially protects "wordpress" in 
any font, style, mix of case, etc.
