[wp-hackers] Best Plugin Template - For Developers

I generally look at plugins developed by core developers. Often  
they're very well documented so you know what's going on.

An example would be Andrew Nacin's Log Deprecated Notices: http://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/log-deprecated-notices
