No, the built-in auto-upgrade feature only upgrades the core WordPress 
files when you upgrade to the new version of WordPress.

The plugins can also be upgraded automatically, one at a time, whenever 
a new plugin version is released, but they aren't touched during a 
WordPress upgrade.
