[wp-hackers] managing several MU installations

I have a scenario with several (> 10) WPMU installations and it is
becoming quite a pain to administer them all individually. What
happens is, although they have different content, the configuration
must obey certain rules, i.e. should be the same across all installs.
So what I end up having to do is replicate the configuration if I
change something, even if in just one of them.

Is there something that allows from a central interface to manage
several MUs? Or some kind of central configuration server?

If not, what would be the best approach to implement something like
that? Any ideas?
