I sent you an email about the problem, I'm having, but to reiterate, the 
latest commit fixes all errors for me. The problem I'm having is 
something entirely different now.

I do think that having both a SVN plugin/theme installer and upgrader is 
an excellent idea along with FTP. I have been thinking about doing that 
also, building a bash script which updates WordPress and all of the 
plugins in one go. However, I think for convenience, I would rather 
checkout the plugin (until the installer is made) and then have 
WordPress update the checkout when I click on the link. It should bypass 
the FTP information.

I'll rather not debate the issue and eventually, I hope to create it 
myself. I think your system is excellent, but I do think that even users 
with Subversion WordPress checkout can use SVN plugin/theme upgrader. 
Until Subversion is supported, your system will work fine (once the 
problem I'm having is worked out).
