Sad thing is, Tags were added in 2.3. I still don't think everyone's themes are up-to-speed for em. Not to mention how many plugins/themes that needed updated for the last few versions of WordPress... I guess what I'm trying to say is, I wonder if they'd really care or not, to update their plugins/themes for 2.5? My guess is, Nope! =(
