My answer isn't at all authoritative but as far as I'm aware we're 
already in a feature freeze and that any remaining changes should be bug

I've been going through some of the older tickets in trac, bumping 
suggested features up to 2.6, leaving genuine bugs at 2.5 and 
reconfirming admin interface bugs.
