[wp-hackers] Codex function page proposal

I'm really interested in this, and I'm so glad there are others who are
willing to take time aside to make something better!
I'm a front-end developer/designer and I'm currently learning PHP, and the
Codex has been great for helping me get into both PHP and WordPress
Plugin/Theme development.
I would love to help out in any way possible - HTML/CSS/JS - and simple PHP
:P
I've also got plenty of room on my Dreamhost webhosting, with some spare
domains, so if you need a place to try things out I can donate that to the
cause :)
