[wp-hackers] Validity of change to Codex article Updating WordPress with Subversion

A change [1] was made to the Codex article, "Updating WordPress with 
Subversion," and I can't verify if the change is correct.  Could someone 
please say if the change is valid or invalid.  The link below shows the 
change.
