are you talking about conversion/encoding from FLAC to various  
formats, or do you need something else?
this one is pretty easy to accomplish by bash scripting or even php/ 
CLI scripting, if you are in a linux realm.
can you explain a little more what your needs are and what server  
tecnology you're oriented to use?
