[wp-hackers] Making the move from categories to terms

So for those of us running trunk that found out this morning that our  
categories were gone (but fortunately still have the categories  
table), what needs to happen to bring the data from categories into  
terms. I'm not sure of the big picture and want to make sure before I  
script a solution for my blog.
