First of all, I think cPanel Pro is just extra cPanel features.
Again, it is possible to run both PHP 4, and PHP 5. They could have simply
put an .htaccess file in /home/ (or wherever user's account files are
stored) to make all users be on PHP 5.
I have also seen both MySQL 4 and 5 installed on the same server. It's a bit
tricky though.
